The first-ever Columbia Alumni Association STEM Day, held on June 12 in Lerner Hall, showcased Columbia innovations in science, technology, engineering, and math (the STEM fields) to more than 350 alumni and their families. Alumni attendees spanned fifteen schools and seven decades. For many, it was their first time attending a Columbia event since graduation.

Participants had the chance to conduct hands-on science experiments and enjoy food, crafts, and a scavenger hunt. Interactive booths about sea levels, hovercraft, neuroscience, and robots were run by faculty, alumni, and current students.
